For health and safety and animal welfare reasons it is prohibited to take dogs or any other animals on to either the Festival site or the campsite.

An ATM is available in Chippis, 5 minutes walk from the Festival.
The Festival accepts Euros at the entrance and at every bar with the rate 1 Euro = 1.- CHF
| AGE LIMIT |
To enter the Festival visitors must be at least 18 years old. Minors have free access if they are under the supervision of an adult over 25 years. It is compulsory to sign a form at the entrance of the Festival.

Children’s area: Espace Mowgli
Children are welcome everyday from 15h00 to 21h00 to a special space made for them. There they will develop their senses in our little workshop and discover animals in our mini zoo. Thanks to various activities and contests kids will have fun and perhaps win some prizes. Parents are also welcome!
| DISABLED |
Free admission for people in wheelchairs. The festival features a flat entry that facilitates the entry of people with disabilities. A on-site assistance may be requested at the entrance of the Festival. Disabled toilets are available on the site.
| SOUND POWER |
The festival is committed to the standards regarding the volume and hearing protection. The competent authorities carry out inspections of all concerts. Ear plugs are distributed free in bars and prevention of different scenes.
| YOUTH AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION |
Fiesta label
The label identifies the events that have developed an “party-ethic” by proposing a set of measures to reduce risks.

Relaxation area
Inside the Festival a relaxation area - dedicated to prevention - is arranged so that people attending the festival can take a break (drink some water, eat a fruit), relax and learn about prevention in a fun way. Some nurses-in-training will be present to attend hurts and other sanitary problems. Earplugs and condoms will also be distributed at this place.
Be my angel tonight
Young people empower the public by encouraging one person in a group not to drink throughout the evening. The person responsible will receive a yellow bracelet "Be My Angel" which will entitle to 3 good non-alcoholic beverages during the evening. This devoted person will be able to drive all his friends home!
Relax Max
Young people under 18 years and not accompanied by an adult cannot enter the site. For this reason, street educator from the association for activities & culture of Sierre (ASLEC) will be present all around the festival to get in contact with youngster who possibly could cause trouble outside the festival site.
| SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPPEMENT |
For its efforts in 2008, the festival received the Green'n'Clean award from the European Festival foundation. Building on these concrete steps to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment, the Festival is stepping up efforts this year.
Reusable glasses
To reduce waste, the Festival uses reusable glasses throughout the weekend. A deposit of 2.- CHF will be asked for each glass and can be exchanged in all bars and at the eco-point.
Biodegradable crockery
The dishes and plates used in the stands is 100% biodegradable.
Waste sorting
Aluminum cans and PET bottles are recycled by PET Recycling and Igora. Various intelligent waste sorting areas “paper, various waste, compost and aluminium” are placed throughout the festival site and cleaned by Bonvin Nettoyages. “Ecobox” cigarette stubs are distributed by our cigarette partner Parisienne.
